Anne Guminik

Anne Guminik joined CBSM in 2015 as an Instructor in Years A, B and D. She approaches each year with a desire to learn with and through each of her students and their experiences. Her motivation for teaching at CBSM comes from the absolute joy of sharing the saving plan of God which He makes evident through His Word and His promises! Anne also enjoys seeing the student’s “a-ha!” moments when they make Scriptural connections and grow in understanding. She is privileged to be a witness to the power of the Holy Spirit in creating new disciples.

Anne received her initial education in Occupational Therapy and worked as a therapist for 20 years. She later received her MA in Pastoral Studies and began serving her parish as a Liturgy Coordinator and RCIA coordinator. She teaches part-time at Sacred Heart Major Seminary and is a member of the Lay Associate Companions of the Cross.

Anne’s favorite Scripture verses include John 19:30,  “It is finished” and Revelation 22:20,  “Yes, I am coming soon.”

In her free-time, Anne enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her four children and two grandchildren.

Fun Fact: Anne is a life-long Michigander and grew up in Detroit!
