Beth Spizarny

Beth Spizarny began studying and praying with the Bible during her high school years, and her passion for encountering Jesus in His Word has only grown stronger with time. She has worked for Catholic parishes and apostolates for nearly 20 years. She has a Master’s degree in Catechetics and Evangelization from Franciscan University of Steubenville.

Beth serves as Director of Ministry with the Catholic Biblical School, and she teaches the Encounter Year. She delights in seeing more Catholics discover the strength, wisdom, and consolation found in the Sacred Scriptures!

Beth also serves as a content developer and speaker with Activate, from Catholic Christian Outreach, equipping everyday Catholics to be effective witnesses who intentionally accompany those around them.

Her favorite Scripture is John 12:24: “unless a wheat grain falls into the earth and dies, it remains only a single grain; but if it dies it yields a rich harvest.”

Beth lives in Farmington Hills and enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, baking bread, running, and reading.
