Paul Zbytowski
Paul Zbytowski is a lifelong Catholic, who fell in love with the Word of God at a very young age. He first read the Bible cover to cover at the age of 14 because he was afraid he didn’t know enough about Sacred Scripture before he entered Confirmation Preparation. While this didn’t help with the Confirmation process, it did spark a lifetime of joyful study.
Paul grew up on a small farm in northeastern Michigan, where he spent more time hanging out with the goats than the sheep. This might have something to do with the fact that he has spent most of his adult life working for the Catholic Church in Evangelization and Christian Service. He currently lives in Wixom, with his wife and three children and is the Director of Engagement at Our Lady of Sorrows in Farmington, Michigan.
Paul loves music, art, biking, gardening, reading, and going on walks with his family. He also like exploring different translations of the Bible because you find gems like the NLT-CE’s translation of Act 26:24 which says, “Suddenly, Festus shouted, “Paul, you are insane. Too much study has made you crazy!”” Somedays it feels like the Holy Spirit is talking directly to you.
Paul’s favorite Bible Verse is, Micah 6:8 “The Lord has told you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? Only this: to do what is right, to show mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.”
