Adam Janke

Adam Janke joined CBSM in 2019 teaching Year A and now Year C. His personal motivation to teach comes from a quote by St. Jerome, “Whoever does not know Scripture does not know the power and wisdom of God, then ignorance of Scripture is ignorance of Christ.” His desire is to see his students thrive not only as budding Scripture scholars, but as engaged disciples who are ready to share what they learn with others in practical ways to bring the hope, healing and salvation that Christ offers into the world around them through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Adam currently serves as the COO for St. Paul Street Evangelization, a Catholic non-profit operating more than 300 teams throughout the United States and abroad. As program director Adam develops many of the programs and resources available for their street teams. He also travels across the country offering workshops and talks on the New Evangelization. Adam converted to Catholicism from biblical fundamentalism in 2005 and has been featured on EWTN Television and Radio, Catholic Answers Live, the Radio Maria Network, The Son Rise Morning Show, The National Catholic Register, as well as in several Catholic news publications.

His favorite Scripture is Ephesians 4:32,  “be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.”

When not working or teaching. Adam spends most of his time hanging out with his 7 young children and helping around the house. Though on the rare occasion, you can find him off exploring national parks around the country, or reading John Grisham or Michael Crichton. You can connect with Adam on facebook here.

Fun Fact: Adam is a roller-coaster enthusiast!
